Out of Stock Terms
At syndicatemobiles.in, our commitment is to provide customers with the utmost benefits, whether in terms of product pricing, quality, or availability. However, due to the substantial volume of daily transactions in our business, unforeseen challenges may arise, affecting the seamless management of product availability.
While we make concerted efforts to continually update product availability with our suppliers, there are instances where items may go out of stock at the time of your order, presenting a challenge that is difficult to preemptively address.
Several reasons may contribute to a product being unavailable, including:
- The product was already out of stock when you placed the order.
- All items were in stock at the time of order confirmation, but after your payment was verified, one of the products became unavailable.
- The product is in stock, but it does not meet quality standards during the order’s quality check before shipment.
In cases of “Out-of-Stock” cancellations, we typically offer two options:
Partial Shipment
We will dispatch all the in-stock products you ordered initially. For out-of-stock items, we will ship them to you once the next stock shipment arrives. There will be no additional shipping charges for this service.
Refund Option
We will send the in-stock products from your order, and for the items out of stock, we will promptly refund the corresponding amount.
