- The protective film and warranty seals on the LCD & touchscreen must be intact. Before removing protective film & seals, ensure the LCD or touchscreen is working. Any reposition traces on the protective film or warranty seal render the product ineligible for replacement.

It is recommended to check the package contents in front of postal service or shipping company representatives. Do not accept the shipment if it is physically damaged or has been opened before delivery.
- All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working; failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. We are not responsible for goods damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
- If the purchased product contains more than one warranty seal, each seal must be intact and not broken or tampered with. Any broken or tampered seal voids the warranty. Check the product before installing it on the mobile with paste. If the product is fine, break the seal and install it carefully.

- On refurbished mobiles, We cannot confirm that all the parts are genuine on the mobiles we sell via this website. Since it is a refurbished mobile any kind of parts can be replaced or serviced to make sure the mobile works perfectly. All Mobiles selling on this website have undergone a QC Check, Only QC Passed Mobiles will be listed on the website. Also, all the refurbished mobiles listed on this website have a 7-day replacement policy. If you face any issues on the mobile that are not serviceable, Then we can replace the mobile for you. Replacement will be done, only mobile have any major issues, Strictly not for misplaced orders, any minor issues that are serviceable, if you made any service in outside shops before checking the warranty expired, any physical damages made by the customer after delivery, any kinds of parts changed for mobile before selling but you thought its genuine (But the mobile works fine).
- Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on products returned for warranty repairs. Allow up to “10” business days for our technician team to check your returned items.
