What is the Estimated Delivery Time?
Delivery times are influenced by factors such as product availability, the geographic location of the product in inventory, your shipping destination, and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location. All products display an estimated delivery date, which is a calculation and not a guaranteed delivery date. If your order is delayed beyond our control, you can request cancellation and a refund for the complete amount.
How Much is the Delivery Cost/Shipping Fee?
Delivery charges vary with the product you are purchasing. Most products on syndicatemobiles.in come with free shipping, unless otherwise mentioned in the product description. Check your order summary for individual product delivery charges.
When Will Deliveries Take Place?
In general, our courier partner attempts delivery between 9:00 and 18:00. If staying at home for these hours is challenging, especially on working days, consider having someone else accept the parcel on your behalf.
What if I Am Not Able to Receive the Shipment?
The courier company typically attempts 1-2 deliveries. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the shipment is sent back, and a Return To Origin Charge (RTO charge) is applied. In such cases, we charge a -nominal fee for re-shipping the shipment to your same or new address with available shipping companies after we got the package to our warehouse. Even if you don’t want the package, the delivery charge you paid while placing the order will not be refunded, Only the product cost will be refunded.
How Will I Be Notified About My Order?
Upon successful order placement, we will keep you notified at different stages of your order’s journey. You will receive an email or SMS once your order is placed successfully.
How Will the Packaging Look Like in Case of Door Delivery?
We adhere to the highest standards of packaging norms, delivering all products in highly standardized carton boxes to prevent any damages during handling.
What to Do if My Package Shows as Delivered but I Can’t Find It?
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it:
- Check if someone else accepted the delivery.
- Wait and check your doorstep/office reception for the arrival of our delivery associates.
- Wait until the end of the day; packages may show as delivered while still in transit.
- If you are still unable to locate your item, contact our Customer Service. Please note, we can only assist if contacted within 24 hours of your package being marked as delivered.
